What if my client already took a personality test?
Personality tests categorize. Signal Path excavates. They're measuring different things. The Snapshot adds depth no inventory can match.
Can the student retake it?
Each access code is single-use. If you need a retake, reach out and we'll handle it.
What age range works best?
Designed for high school juniors and seniors, and college juniors/seniors/recent grads. The High School interview requires students to be in grade 11 or above — the product enforces this at the start of the interview. That's a quality decision as much as anything: juniors and seniors are living the decisions the interview explores, so their answers have far more signal.
How is this different from MBTI, StrengthsFinder, or Holland Code?
Those tools sort students into predetermined categories based on fixed-choice questions.
