My Signal Path is a digital product owned and operated independently, based in Dover, New Hampshire. We take the privacy of our users seriously, particularly because many of our users are young people. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What Information We Collect

When you purchase My Signal Path we collect:

• Your name and email address — provided at checkout through Stripe
• Payment information — processed and stored securely by Stripe. My Signal Path never sees or stores your credit card information.

When you complete a My Signal Path interview we collect:

• Your interview responses — the answers you provide during the guided interview
• Your Signal Snapshot — the personalized report generated from your interview
• A unique access code tied to your purchase

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to deliver the My Signal Path service. Specifically:

• Your name and email are used to send your access code and your Signal Snapshot retrieval link
• Your interview responses and Signal Snapshot are saved so you can retrieve your results at any time via your retrieval link

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond delivering your My Signal Path results.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone
• We do not share your interview responses or Signal Snapshot with third parties
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• We do not send marketing emails beyond the two transactional emails related to your purchase and results delivery
• We do not retain your payment information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe

Data Storage and Security

Your interview responses and Signal Snapshot are stored securely in our database. Access to your results is restricted to your unique retrieval link — only someone with your specific link can view your Signal Snapshot. We do not provide any third party with access to your personal data or interview results.

Who Can Use

My Signal Path offers two products designed for different audiences:

• High School — designed for students aged 16 and older, specifically high school juniors and seniors. We recommend that parents or guardians purchase My Signal Path on behalf of students under 18.
• College — designed for adults aged 18–26.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has used My Signal Path please contact us at brian@mysignalpath.com and we will delete their data immediately.

Third Party Services

My Signal Path uses the following third party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy
• Anthropic — AI technology that powers the My Signal Path interview and snapshot generation. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy

Data Retention

We retain your interview responses and Signal Snapshot so you can access them at any time via your retrieval link. If you would like your data deleted please email brian@mysignalpath.com and we will remove your information from our database within 7 business days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Opt out of any future communications by replying to any email we send you

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of My Signal Path after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
