By purchasing or using My Signal Path you agree to the following terms. Please read them before proceeding.

1. What My Signal Path Is

My Signal Path is a digital self-discovery product that delivers a personalized Signal Snapshot report following a guided interview. My Signal Path is designed to help young people understand how they naturally think, work, and create value. It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical assessment. It is not career counseling. It is not therapy. It is a self-discovery tool intended to provide personal insight and direction.

2. Who Can Use My Signal Path

• High School version — intended for students aged 16 and older, specifically high school juniors and seniors. Purchases on behalf of students under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.
• College version — intended for adults aged 18–26.

By purchasing My Signal Path you confirm that the intended user meets the age requirements above.

3. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase My Signal Path you are purchasing a one-time guided interview and the personalized Signal Snapshot report generated from it. Your purchase includes:

• A unique one-time access code delivered immediately after payment
• Access to the guided interview
• A personalized Signal Snapshot report delivered upon completion
• A permanent retrieval link to access your report at any time

4. Access Codes

Each purchase generates one unique access code. Access codes are:

• Single use per student — each code supports one interview and one Signal Snapshot. After your Snapshot is delivered, your code continues to work as a retrieval key so you can access your report at any time
• Non-transferable for individual purchases — codes purchased directly are intended for use by the individual they were purchased for. Codes purchased by a school, program, or consultant may be assigned by that organization to individual students, one code per student
• Resumable if interrupted — if your interview is interrupted before completion, you may re-enter your code and resume where you left off

Sharing your access code with anyone other than the student it was assigned to is a violation of these terms.

5. Organizational Purchases

Schools, programs, and consultants may purchase access codes in volume for distribution to students. By purchasing codes on behalf of students, the organization agrees that: (a) it will assign each code to a single student and maintain its own record of assignments; (b) it will receive a retrieval link for each completed Signal Snapshot, as described in our Privacy Policy; (c) it is responsible for obtaining any parental consent, permission, or notification required by applicable law or its own policies before students complete the interview; and (d) unused codes are governed by the bulk purchase terms in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Refunds are available if your access code has not been used
• Refunds are not available once your Signal Snapshot has been delivered
• Technical failures caused by My Signal Path will be resolved at our discretion through a refund or restored access
• Unused codes from bulk purchases are refundable within 30 days and never expire thereafter

7. Accuracy and Limitations

My Signal Path uses AI technology to conduct the interview and generate your Signal Snapshot. While we have designed Signal Path to deliver thoughtful, personalized, and useful insights we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of your results. My Signal Path is a self-discovery tool — not a definitive assessment of your abilities, potential, or future. Your results should be used as one input among many when making decisions about school, career, or direction.

8. No Professional Advice

My Signal Path is not a substitute for professional career counseling, psychological assessment, academic advising, or any other professional service. Nothing in your Signal Snapshot constitutes professional advice of any kind. If you need professional guidance please consult a qualified professional.

My Signal Path is not a crisis resource. If you or a student is experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis, please reach out to a trusted adult, a school counselor, or a crisis service in your area.

9. Intellectual Property

All My Signal Path content — including the interview methodology, system design, branding, and website content — is the intellectual property of My Signal Path. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute any part of My Signal Path or its outputs without written permission. My Signal Path and Signal Snapshot are trademarks of My Signal Path.

Your Signal Snapshot is yours — you may share it, print it, or use it however you choose for personal purposes.

10. Privacy

Your use of My Signal Path is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at mysignalpath.com/privacy-policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

My Signal Path is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law My Signal Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or your reliance on your Signal Snapshot results. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your My Signal Path purchase.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of My Signal Path after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.
